We are excited to share with you this beautiful vintage freestanding Kitchen larder cupboard. This one of a kind, bespoke piece once started life as a Victorian housekeepers cupboard which after many years housed tools in a garage before we rescued it and transformed it into this unique larder - pantry unit. The outer unit is painted in Olive and Stockholm Vintage chalk paint and sealed with a two coats of matt varnish for extra durability.  Four spice racks were handmade and added to the the doors. To add extra character these carefully chosen cast iron handles were added

 

This would be stunning in a farmhouse styled kitchen or a focal piece in a contemporary style kitchen. An organised country kitchen can be the ultimate dream for most of us, but the reality is often quite different when family life takes over and everyday ingredients are shoved chaotically into bulging cupboards. If you have space for a larder/pantry dedicated to dried and tinned goods is the first step to organisational heaven.

With this purchase a small pot of paint used on your item, to enable you to ‘touch up’ any knocks or bumps that may occur over the years to come, to keep it looking it’s best for years to come.
