Here we show case a modern retro Vintage set of drawers upcycled from the 1950's. This low chest of drawers has been painted in the Farrow and  Ball colour 'Olive' on the exterior and 'Okra' colour inside the drawers to create a stunning contrast. The chest has been painted is an eggshell finish using Danish furniture paint, which is outstanding. The original handles were looking very tired and one was missing, so the decision was made to replace with similar but an updated version to still keep part of its natural character.  By using these round brushed brass handles, it adds an extra stylish accent to the drawers fronts.

This painted chest of drawers work as a piece of art to accentuate  a modern bedroom. Although this piece of furniture would fit comfortably any size room,  if space is an issue this piece is perfect, being set on long legs it creates the perception of a larger floor area.
