This vintage oak six drawer chest has been hand painted with fossil grey chalk paint and then with Sel de mer white, featuring a distinctive french back panel which was added, the overall piece was then subtly distressed to bring through the grey. The finish is to emulate wear and tear over time. To create extra durability this piece has been given two coats of matt varnish. To complete the look ornate cast iron knobs have been added to emulate the french feel

This chest has a rustic French charm that will look at home in any bedroom, or as a feature piece in a large landing or hallway.
