An off white that is a more appealing, brighter, and cleaner shade of creme. Remove the dingy from cream and leave the softness and you have Kashmir! 
 
Use One Hour Enamel Clear or Varnish to preserve the stark white quality to this clean crisp white. Consider using Stain Eliminating Primer if painting over wood that is prone to tannin bleed-through.
