Have a Piece You'd Love to Transform?
Do you have a favourite piece of furniture that's looking tired, dated, or simply no longer works with your home? Rather than replacing it, we can professionally paint or refinish your furniture, giving it a completely new look while retaining the character and quality of the original piece.
Whether you'd like a beautifully hand-painted finish, want to bring tired wood back to life, or have something more individual in mind, we'll work with you to create a finish that complements both the furniture and your home.
Not sure what would work best? We can help with colour, finish and design choices, including updating handles and other details that can completely change the look of a piece.
Occasionally, a piece may need a little attention before refinishing. Minor repairs necessary as part of the transformation can usually be carried out in our workshop and will always be discussed with you beforehand.
We can even give suitable furniture an entirely new purpose, including transforming chests, dressers and cabinets into bespoke bathroom vanity units.
All furniture refinishing is carried out in our Staffordshire workshop, with collection from your home and re-delivery available.
What We Need to Provide a Quote
Simply send us a few clear photographs of your furniture, along with a brief idea of how you'd like it transformed.
It helps us to know whether you'd like:
-
the furniture painted, and whether you'd like the inside painted too
-
one colour or a combination of colours
-
a natural wooden top with the remainder painted
-
tired wood refinished as closely as possible to its original appearance
-
the existing wood lightened or darkened
-
advice from us if you're not quite sure what would suit the piece
Please also include your postcode or location so we can calculate collection and delivery. Collection and re-delivery are free within a 5-mile radius of our Staffordshire workshop; outside this area, we'll include the appropriate collection and delivery charge within your quote.
What Happens Next?
Once we have the information we need, we'll prepare your quote and include our next available scheduled date.
If you'd like to go ahead, we'll send you an invoice for a small deposit to secure your place in our workshop schedule. Until the deposit is received, the date will be provisionally pencilled in for you.
Changed your mind? That's absolutely fine — we simply ask that you let us know so we can release the provisional date for another customer.
Prefer to email us?
No problem. You can email us directly at sales@revivedandrestored.co.uk with photographs of your furniture, an idea of how you'd like it transformed and your postcode, and we'll be happy to provide a quote.
